I wish to thank all the people who took part in the Corpus Christi processions in Ballinlough and Granlahan. Thanks also to those who erected and decorated the altar for Benediction and all who helped in any way. The Lord blessed us with a beautiful day and it was a prayerful experience for everyone.

The summer collection for the priest of the parish will be taken up on the weekend of 26th/27th June.

 Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes will be held from August 3rd – 19th and will be led by Archbishop Michael Neary. All are welcome. Details and booking from from Sheila on 093-24639  or  086 8664633

Carrick National School hosts a family fun and sports day on Sunday 13th June at Lough Harps soccer pitch.

 Ilustrated lecture on the history and archaeology of the parish of Kiltullagh – by Noel Gill in the White House Hotel Ballinlough. Thurs 24th June at 8.30pm. Followed by traditional songs and entertainment. All welcome.

Arts Competition: for June 2010 Ballinlough Community Festival. Categories – creative writing, poetry, photography, art.
