We thank His Grace, Dr. Michael Neary for visiting the Parish on Tuesday last and confirming our children. We pray that this sacrament will bestow on our children and on their families the blessing and guidance of God’s Holy Spirit.

Congratulations to all our children who received the Sacrament of Confirmation on Tuesday last and congratulations to the children from Carrick National School who received their First Holy Communion on this Sunday. We ask for God’s blessing on all of them.

Granlahan NS – Enrolement forms for children entering junior infants next September are now available from the school.

A concert takes place in the Friary, Ballyhaunis on Friday 26th April in aid of Mayo Roscomon Hospice, featuring the Mayo Concert Orchestra, the Mayo Male Voice Choir and Gracenotes. It starts at 8.00pm and tickets are €12 and conessions €10.

There is a meeting of Granlahan, Ballinlough and Cloonfad Parish Pastoral Councils Wednesday next 24th April at 9pm in Granlahan community centre.

Clothing collection in Ballinlough Church Car Park Thursday 25th April 9am – 12 noon to help with the education of the children in St. Augustines Parish, Kitui, Kenya.
