New Mass Times:  As and from the first weekend in August, the new Mass
schedule and time table will come into use:
Saturday 3rd August:    8pm         Cloonfad
Sunday   4th August   11am          Ballinlough
Sunday  4th August   12 noon      Granlahan 

We welcome the TuamDiocesan Youth Choir to our parish this Sunday.   They
will sing at the 12 noon Mass in Ballinlough church.  Our sincere thanks and
gratitude to them for this.  May they long continue to do this important work for
God and for his church. 

Ballinlough Gathering…and so it continues!   A Gig in The Garden will
be held in Donnellan’s, Ballinlough on Saturday 3rd August starting at
6pm.  Entertainment for all the family, disco, bouncy castle, B.B.Q. and
music by The Heebie Jeebie’s Band!   Something for all ages.  Adm.€5,
children under 12 free.

The Gathering Photographic and Memorabilia exhibitions will be open on
Sunday after Mass until 2pm.

Granlahan Sports Committee are holding a meeting in Granlahan community centre on Wednesday night July 24th @10pm..   Any items for the tombola can be left in to Carmel Brady or Mary Morgan.

Word of Thanks: The Comboni Missionaries of the Sacred Heart of Jesus wish to thank everyone who contributed so generously to their collection last Sunday.  Fr. Pat Wilkinson thanks also the people who helped with the collections and the sale of goods at the doors of the churches.  The combined amount collected from all three church areas was €1673.30.   Fr Pat assures us will be remembered in the prayers of the Comboni Missionaries and our donations will help a lot in their work among the poor.

Hospice Support Group: Meeting will be held on Monday 22nd July in O’Connors, Ballinlough at 9pm.   All and new members welcome.
Collection for Plan Ireland: Developing a brighter future for children.   Collection weekend 3/4th August.  All proceeds going to water projects in North Africa.

Let us unite as God’s Voice for the unborn babes and stand in prayer against abortion coming into Ireland.   Please join John Pridmore, Fr Michael Ross, the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal and Pro Life Groups for an evening of Prayer and Mass of Reparation.  Date: Saturday 20th July @ 7.30 in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel of Knock Shrine.   All welcome!
